Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval to terminate the current lease agreement with Veterans Center of North Texas for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 155, Plano, TX. effective June 30, 2020 and approve the Lease Agreement between Collin County and Veterans Center of North Texas for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 170, Plano, TX for a period of three years beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2023. This will increase VCONT lease space 882 square feet for a total of 1,450 square feet. Base rent will be $16.00 per square foot.
