Request Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation consideration and approval of Amendment No. 10 to the Lease Agreement between Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County WIC for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Plano, TX.  Amendment No. 10 will decrease the square footage of the lease to 3,934 sq. ft. effective July 1, 2020. This amendment will also extend the lease term for a period of three years commencing September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2023. Base rent will remain the same, $16.00 per square foot.
