Department Action
Sumeer Homes, Inc., owner of Lot 12, addressed as 2343 Kallee Cove, within the Preston Park Estates Phase III, requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the Amending Plat for Lot 12R. The amending plat will relocate the building setback line from 50 feet from the front property line to 44 feet. Included in the submission is a letter from the Preston Parks Estates III HOA approving the building line change. The change will not affect the OSSF useable acreage for the lot.
LOCATION AND SIZE
The lot is located within the Preston Park Phase II Subdivision which is located on CR 106, east of Preston Road and west of CR 132; see location map attached.  The lot is 1.03 acres, which has not changed from the original final plat.
 
ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Amending Plat for Lot 12R of the Preston Park Estates Phase III Subdivision.
