Request Commissioner’s Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order No. 1 to IFB 2018-251, Janitorial Supplies to M.A.N.S. Distributors:

Extend the contract for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. Contract No. 1 of 2.
Adjust pricing for a twelve percent (12%) pricing increase to line 45- Toilet Tissue due to COVID-19. And authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
