FY 2020 Help American Vote Act (HAVA) CARES Act Sub-Grant in the amount of $888,467.44 in Federal Funds with a required County Match of $177,693.49 to come from Chapter 19 Voter Registration Grant Funds. Grant funds to cover voting processes, staffing, security and training, communication, and supplies. Grant period is March 28, 2020 through November 30, 2020.

Auditor's Office Action

Grant award has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. The purpose of this award is to "prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for the 2020 Federal election cycle." Federal funds in the amount of $888,467.44 with a required county match of $177,693.49 to come from Chpt. 19 funds. Grant period is 3/28/2020 through 11/30/2020.
