Department Action

The plat for the above-mentioned subdivision was approved by court on September 26, 2016. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and inspected by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period in on May 30, 2018. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by County Engineering and Public Works staff. Once approved, Public Works will include these roads on their maintenance list. The Final Plat is attached to show the sections of roads that are up for maintenance consideration.

We request Commissioners Court consideration for approval to accept the roads within Canales Trails for county maintenance.
