We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Anna. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for a 1-year period from October 1, 2020, and continuing through and including September 30, 2021. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 14 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and Use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Anna, AGR 10097-09, to set the rate for FY2021 to be effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
