The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval for the purchase of sixteen (16) Bluebeam Revu licenses and associated maintenance, cloud subscription, and online training for end users. This will be a necessary component for EnerGov e-review functionality. The total cost for the licenses and fees will be $11,152.28. The recurring annual maintenance cost is $1,456. Funds for the purchase are available from the following source:

Licenses are necessary for the Tyler Energov project for e-Review functionality. MD
