Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Coop Quote 2023-311 Preservation of the County Clerk's Civil Case Files through TXMAS cooperative contract number TXMAS-18-3602 to Kofile Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $1,672,606.32 and further authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the agreement.
