Department Action

Collin County has acquired land for US 380 and Collin County Outer Loop. Sendera Title has issued refunds for overpayment of recording fees on two (2) parcels.

The funds totaling $590.00 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $28.80 FROM 4021-75030-0013-68-00-0000-432001 TO RI18013-4021-750300013-809683
