TThe Engineering Department requests approval of Change Order No. 1 to the construction contract with RPMx for the CCOL3C Project. Change Order No. 1 will allow for drill shaft cores to be performed per TxDOT Specifications, an electric gate and cattle guard, additional bridge deck steel and steel casing for a drill shaft at the East Fork Trinity River bridge. The change order will remove the monitoring well termination item since this work was done by others.
Change Order No. 1 results in a net contract increase of $229,071.64 revising the total construction contract amount to $62,312,797.94.
