Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contracts with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Case and Jail Management Interface Maintenance and Brazos Crash Reporting Maintenance Support due September 1, 2025. The FY25 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $13,215.06.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Tyler Odyssey Interfaces and Brazos eCitation (02130-11) through August 31, 2026, per the attached in the amount of $13,215.06. (ha)
