Department Action

The District Clerk would like to request approval from the Commissioner’s Court to make an amendment to our current Tyler Technologies Jury Management Software contract to include a one-year purchase of the Jury Analytics product only. This is only a one-time purchase for a year, with no auto-renewal. Any renewal will require approval for a new amendment to the current Jury Management Software contract. Funding is available through project code BDM2301-0001-230300001-809004.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment to Agreement 01318-09, Tyler Odyssey Criminal Justice Information System to include a one-year jury analytics product with Tyler Technologies, Inc. per the attached documents. Further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the amendment. (ha)

Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
