Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of Amendment No.15 to the lease agreement between Collin County and Collin County Homeland Security for property located at Collin County Courthouse, 2100 Bloomdale Road, McKinney, TX 75071, to extend the lease for a period of twelve months, effective September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017 and increase the square footage of the lease to 2,024 square foot. This lease is for storage space for use by Public Health Emergency Preparedness to store supplies needed in the event of a pandemic or outbreak event in Collin County. There is no charge for this leased space per Court Order 2014-873-11-10.
