Department Action
The Engineering Department requests that the contract with Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc. be adjusted to allow for actual quantities used to date during construction of the DNT SBFR.
 
Category 1. addresses changes associated with NTTA’s DNT/US 380 Project – resulting in a contract decrease of $1416.00 for the DNT SBFR Project
 
Category 2. addresses Quantity Overruns/Underruns & Additional Pay items for the DNT SBFR project – resulting in a contract increase of $24,140.14
 
Category 3. addresses Items Relating to First Street Improvements – for which we have an ILA with the Town of Prosper – resulting in a contract decrease of $23,749.03
 
All three categories combined results in a net contract decrease of $1024.89. 
 
The Town of Prosper will have additional charges and deductions relating to the First Street Improvements.  Once these improvements are complete a final accounting change order will be submitted.  
 
Commissioners Court’s approval is requested and we will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding this matter.
