Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology department and the Collin County District Clerk are requesting approval of an amendment to the April 20, 2020 Amendment to add Tyler Jury Manager Summons Direct. Summons Direct provides a turnkey juror assessment and notification system that will provide customizable summonses and eliminate manual distribution processes currently carried by County staff.

We have negotiated with Tyler to defer the discounted first year subscription fees of $90,000 to one year from the date of contract execution. Subsequent invoices will be billed on each anniversary of the Tyler Jury Manager go-live. All subscription fees will be paid from maintenance managed by IT.
