I am requesting that the salary for my candidate for position 00300388 be set at the level of their current compensation with another county.
As will be discussed more fully in Executive Session, the responsibilities of position number 00300388 require a highly experienced prosecutor with specialized expertise. To recruit and retain a candidate with the qualifications necessary to perform these duties effectively, I recommend setting their salary at their current rate of pay, which exceeds both the minimum and midpoint of the salary range currently established for this position in Collin County.
