Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 6 to Contract 2024-209, Personal Services Agreement, Veterans Court, William Brownfield to: 1) extend agreement until September 30, 2026; 2) update payment schedule per attached Exhibit C; and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. jk
