Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract 2026-156, Personal Services, VALOR Case Manager, Anna Lewis to: 1) extend agreement until September 30, 2026; 2) update payment schedule per attached Exhibit C; and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. jk
