Commissioners Court approved the sale of land to TxDOT for US380 project.  Two checks totaling $4,017,898.00 ($25,000 PUA/$3,992,898 Sale) were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code.  The requested BA will move the funds from their revenue account to the expenditure account within the project code that the land was purchased from. Action Requested:  It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $4,017,898.00 FROM 4024-90003-0000-88-00-0000-489202 TO RI18017-4024-750300013-809683
