The Medical Examiner’s Office respectfully requests approval for a budget amendment to move from Maintenance & Operations in the amount of $99,216 to Capital Outlay. Please transfer this amount from the Lab Services Account line 00001-09001-0001-64-30-0000-626423 to 0001-09001-0001-64-40-0000-809004 Project Code BAI0902. We are also requesting that the remaining funds of $784.00 from Project Code BAJ0901 be transferred to the same project BAI0902. The amount is needed to upgrade the current Case Management Software from VertiQ to MOON. This will cover the expenses that will be incurred for the upgrade.
