NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

1.			Consent Agenda Items:

	a.	50992	Disbursements for the period ending September 21, 2021, Auditor.

	b.	50942	Award Abbott COVID-19 ID-NOW Test Kits (Coop Quote No. 2021-376) to McKesson Medical-Surgical Government Solutions LLC utilizing Sourcewell Contract No. 061417-MML; COVID-19 Master Agreement with Alere, Inc. d/b/a Abbott Rapid DX North America, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Health Care.
