Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with ESRI-ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS for GIS maintenance and support. The FY21 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request and will be under $58,723.46.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY21 maintenance request.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Coop Contract No. 2020-369, ArcGIS Software Maintenance from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) utilizing DIR Coop Contract No. DIR-TSO-3446.
Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) has been approved as a Collin County Information Technology Equipment Standard to provide Geographic Information Software used to develop maps, data, and other location based applications within the County under Court Order# 2020-523-06-15. KG
