Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval to rescind the award: Construction, Roof Replacement, Collin County Central Plant, IFB 2020-132.
R & B Roofing, LLC was awarded the Central Plant Roof Project on April 6, 2020, Commissioner’s Court Order 2020-254-04-06.  R & B Roofing requested a change order with language to remove liability from them in case of interior damage from falling fireproofing inside the building.  This Change Order was denied and R & B Roofing decided not to accept the award.
