I am requesting approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with the Dallas Area Rapid Transit. This agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement 2020-367 Interlocal Jail Services with Dallas Area Rapid Transit effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 and may be renewed for additional one (1) year periods as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same.
