I am requesting approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Wise County. This agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021, and may be renewed annually by the mutual agreement as agreed in writing by both parties.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. Two (2) to the Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Wise County, Contract 2019-085, to set the rate for FY2021 to be effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. Funds available upon adoption of the FY 2021 Budget for Amendment No, 2 to the Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Wise County from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. Compensation to Wise County in the amount of $56 per inmate per day stated in the original agreement. General Fund  (0001).

Funds available in the General Fund.  Budget anticipated to be approved for FY 2021.
