Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval of the Temporary Construction Easement for the J.P. and Constable Precinct 2 Building in Lavon, TX.
This temporary easement has been signed by all parties associated with the land to our west in Lavon.  We are building a retaining wall approximately 4 feet from our joint property line so we requested, and received, permission to use 15 feet of their property to access the area with equipment to construct the wall.  Once the wall is complete we will no longer need the easement.  Once approved by Court and signed by Judge Hill it will be recorded with the County Clerk.
