Department Action

This is a notification to establish a budget of $5,000 for the FY 2021 Title IV-E Child Welfare Services grant, which provides for the partial reimbursement of county foster care maintenance. The current grant term is 10/01/2020 to 9/30/2021.

The funds come from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services under Contract #HHS000285000007, and are a pass-through of federal funds originating from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
