Department Action

We request Commissioners Court consideration of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Melissa for design and construction of Melissa Rd from SH5 to SH121; Bond Project RI07-049, as well as, approval of the budget adjustment. The County’s funding participation shall not exceed $1,508,880.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa concerning the design and construction of Melissa Rd. from SH 5 to SH 121, Bond Project 07-049 and budget adjustment per the attached. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $1,508,880.00.

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $1,508,880 for an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Melissa for the design and construction of Melissa Road from SH5 to SH121 (Project RI07049). Budget Amendment from City of Melissa project savings in the amount of $1,155,000 is attached. 2007 Bond Funds (4204 & 4214).

Bond funds available. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval.
