Department Action

With the construction of a new housing development called Honey Creek, the developer and city of McKinney intend to build a new concrete section of Hardin Blvd through the subdivision. As a result, the new road will replace portions of CR229 and CR227 as depicted in Exhibit A. The new concrete road will connect to Olympic Xing at the north end. County Road 229 from FM543 north to the intersection with N Hardin Blvd will remain intact and open.
