Public Works requests Commissioners Court’s consideration and approval to accept the Ford program credit for future parts and service purchases.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to accept credits through the Ford 2020 PI Utility credit program for 2020 PI Utility vehicles purchased through October 31, 2019. Credits may be used for service and parts only. Credits are being issued due to the significant delay in orders and it is anticipated that Collin County will receive $15,000 in credits that must be used by December 31, 2020. Further, authorize Jon Kleinheksel to manage the program. MD
