Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award for Chiller Maintenance through Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 030817 to Johnson Controls for the following facilities: Central Plant, Juvenile Detention, and Minimum Security for a total cost of $95,620.00. The contract term effective October 1, 2020 through and including September 30, 2021.
