The owner of lot 12, AKA, 6604 Cottage Hill Ln, is seeking to subdivide this lot into two (2) lots, 12A (6.396 acres) and 12B (2.000 acres). The re-plat does meet the County’s Subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to each land owner in the Cottage Hill Estates Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
