Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Civil Serve, Biometrics, and eCitation Maintenance. These renewals, billed separately by the vendor, are in addition to the base agreement for the core modules. The FY21 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The maintenance renewal is $46,816.20.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY21 maintenance request.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Odyssey Softcode (2017-085), Biometrics (2016-202), e-Citation (02130-11) for the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021, per the attached in the amount of $46,816.20. sh

Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software System per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
