We request Commissioners Court consideration of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Princeton for construction of Myrick Lane from FM982 to Corporate Boundary of Princeton/Lowry Crossing ETJ Line; Bond Project RI18011. The County’s funding participation shall not exceed $7,997,510.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Princeton concerning the construction of Myrick Lane from FM 982 (2nd Street) to Corporate Boundary of the City of Princeton/Lowry Crossing ETJ Line, Bond Project RI18011, and further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $7,997,510.00.
