FYI to Commissioners Court for Change Order No. 2 to Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. (ACIS) for the Justice Center Kitchen MAU Replacement to add: PCO 1, Owner required change of main panel breaker from 150 amps to 200 amps.
During calculation of the panel load certain spare breakers were not known to carry electrical load. Once the true load was identified the breaker change was required. $4,614.00. Due to this added change order we are requesting 49 days to be added to the completion date. This change order was previously approved by the County Administrator per Court Order No. 2007-180-02-27.
