Department Action
We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an extension of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Josephine for Environmental Services for a one (1) year period commencing on October 1, 2020 and continuing through and including September 30, 2021. 
 
Payment is bases on current population estimate of 1,610 residents x $.80 per resident. The City of Josephine has requested that Collin County continue to provide Environmental Services within the city limits of Josephine.
 
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement for Environmental Services between Collin County and City of Josephine, AGR 2019-372, for the period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh
