The Elections Department respectfully requests the approval of Amendment No. 5 for elections services. Funding will be County CARES Funds for certified elections contractors for the November 2020 General Election and the November/December Senate District 30 Runoff Election and other potential jurisdictional runoff elections.

Request Commissioners Court approval of Amendment No. 5 to contract 2018-241, Election Voting System & Services to add hourly rate for Elections Services for the term of the contract and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh
