We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the revised budget amendment for donations received and deposited from July 1, 2020 to July 30, 2020 to be transferred to our Spay/Neuter line item to fund the Spay/Neuter Program.

Funds available in the Animal Shelter Donations Fund. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval. Year to date FY 2020 donations recorded = $68,997.63 through July 31, 2020. Inception to date donations recorded = $903,539.82 throuogh July 31, 2020.
