Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology department requests approval for the purchase of hardware, software, and integration services from BMI Systems Group and Tyler Technologies for an inventory management system. BMI Systems Group is an authorized partner with Tyler Technologies and certified to integrate with the Munis ERP system. Upon approval, the total cost to purchase the system will be $56,813 and will be paid using TI03FIN funds.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 7 to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc., AGR 2015-192, Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System, to remove seven (7) BMI AssetTrak data terminals (-$16,065.00) and add hardware, software and implementation services for BMI Systems Group's Inventory and Asset management system ($52,726.00) per the attached documentation. BMI Systems Group, Inc is an authorized partner of Tyler Technologies, Inc and certified for the Tyler Munis ERP system. Total amount of Amendment No. 7 is $36,661.00. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the amendment forms. MD

Funding available in 2003 Tax Notes totaling $36,661 for Amendment No. 7 to the contract AGR 2015-192 with Tyler Technologies. Included in this amendment is the removal of 7 BMI AssetTrak data terminals totaling -$16,065 as well as the purchase of an inventory management system totaling $52,726. New contract total is $2,812,884.
