Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval of Interlocal Agreement by and between the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector, Collin County, and the City of Lavon for the LakePointe Public Improvement District (PID) Major Improvement Area for Property Tax Collections for the City of Lavon and authorize the County Judge to execute same.

Property Tax Collection Contract with the City of Lavon for LakePointe PID Major Improvement Area. Contract term is August 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. Revenue to the County in the amount of $500 per year and $3 per non-exempt parcel per year for parcels on the tax roll during the term of this agreement. No action by Budget & Finance.
