The Engineering department has reviewed and approved the signage plan, prepared by licensed engineer, for The Hills of Lone Star Phase 8, Highlands.
The plat for the above reference subdivision has been approved. In order to place regulatory signs in new subdivisions, the court must approve the signage plans. Once approved, the developer will request that the Collin County sign shop build and install the requested regulatory and street name signs. The developer does have the option to supply the signs themselves as long as they are built and installed per the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
ACTION:
We request approval of the attached regulatory signage plan for The Hills of Lone Star Phase 8, Highlands.
