Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 2^nd series Parks/Open Space Bond Project Funding Assistance Program on November 2, 2020. (CO# 2020-1105-11-02).

The City of Plano’s, Preston Ridge Trail Connector Project was granted $200,000 in funding.

The funding for this project is coming from savings from 2007 Parks and Open Space Bonds.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Plano for the Preston Ridge Trail Connector Project, ($200,000) bond project OI07PG105.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Plano concerning the Preston Ridge Trail Connector project; 2007 Parks and Open Space Bond Project OI07PG105. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $200,000.00.

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $200,000 for the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Plano for the Preston Ridge Trail Connector Project. Funds to come from the 2007 Parks and Open Space Bond that was awarded as a part of the 2018 Parks and Open Space Second Series Project Funding Assistance Program. 2007 Bond Funds (4011, 4013, 4014 & 4017).
