PCO 1 – Owner required add to remove and trim trees in the way of the retaining wall and fire lane. Tree removal is required because they are too close to the retaining wall foundation and could impair the foundation in the future. Trimming is required for Fire truck access to give the Fire Department use of the full 24 feet of the lane. ($3,619.00)
