Public Works requests Commissioners Court approval to establish an agreement with the City of Wylie to contract Wopac for an solution involving a new pavement surface for E Stone Road.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and approval to utilize Interlocal Agreement 2018-209 between Collin County and City of Wylie (CO No. 2018-462-06-11) to include a shared cost per the attached; Collin County would pay $410,222.19 for pavement reconstruction on E. Stone Road. gz

Budgeted funds available for the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Wylie for road improvements to E. Stone Rd. The total cost of the project in the amount of $586,031.70 will be shared between the County and the City of Wylie as per attached. The County will be responsible for $410,222.19 of the total cost. (1010)-Road and Bridge Fund.
