Hills of Lone Star Phase 8_Re-plat lot Tract 1R, Lot 16 & Lot 17
Lone Star Partners, owner and developer of the Hills of Lone Star phase 8, request Commissioners Court consideration of the attached re-plat of Tract 1.
Lot 16 and lot 17 will be subdivided out of Tract 1. Lot 16 will be2.459 acres, lot 17 will be 2.424 acres and the resulting Tract 1R will be 126.392 acres. This re-plat does not affect any On Site Sewage Facilities and does not require a public hearing.
The plat generally meets the County’s SUBDIVISION RULES as outlined in Section 1.05 of the Collin County Subdivision Regulations and authorized under Local Government Code (LGC) 232, however technical edits will need to be done and those items will be outlined in a detailed punch list to the developer within 10 days following Court’s conditional approval and will cite the reference in the County’s Subdivision Regulations and LGC.

Tract 1R, Lot 16 & Lot 17 with
the condition that the developer make the necessary technical edits, based on LGC 232.001 and 232.003.
