The Hills of Lone Star Phase 8_Re-plat of Lot 9-11R
David Thomas-M Dominguez and Jodi Kendall Payson, owners of lot 9/10 and lot 10/11, along with the developer of Hills of Lone Star phase 8, C. Kent Adams, dba Lone Star Partners, request Commissioners Court consideration of the attached re-plat of Lots 9/10 & 10/11.
The lots 9/10 and 10/11 will be combined to create one lot, 9-11R. This re-plat does not affect any On Site Sewage Facilities and does not require a public hearing.
The plat generally meets the County’s SUBDIVISION RULES as outlined in Section 1.05 of the Collin County Subdivision Regulations and authorized under Local Government Code (LGC) 232, however the developer will be required to make the necessary technical edits. Those items will be outlined in a detailed punch list to the developer within 10 days following Court’s conditional approval and will cite the reference in the County’s Subdivision Regulations and LGC.

pproval of the Re-plat of The Hills of Lone Star phase 8, lot 9-11R with the condition that the developer make the necessary technical edits, based on LGC 232.001 and 232.003.
