Add antenna system parts and services for County owned mobile control station in Juvenile Detention Book-in area - $0

Add ADP Encryption licenses for 8 Dispatch consoles to enable interoperability with City of McKinney ADP encrypted radio system - $6770.00

Descope Technical Training Services - $ (62,858.00)

Reallocate the descoped Technical Training Services toward purchase of Security Monitoring and Remote Security Update Services for a single year. Remaining funds will be used towards Radio Repair Bank - $56,088

There is no additional cost to this change order, the contract value remains $11,480,937.03.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 14 to Contract 2016-020, P25 Trunked Radio System Replacement to document costs associated with the Supplemental Coverage Solution - Bidirectional Amplifiers, to reallocate unused funds, and extend the implementation term through July 31, 2021, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. There is no increase to contract and contract amount remains at $11,480,937.03. sh
