I respectfully request Commissioners’ Court to consider and approve to advertise for bid: RFP 2021-234 Debris Monitoring Services. This RFP is for the monitoring of the County’s Disaster Debris Hauler contractor following a debris generating disaster, such as a tornado or winter storm, in which the amount of debris exceeds the County’s ability to abate it. The Debris Monitor will help ensure the Debris Hauler adheres to FEMA and State guidelines to maximize potential reimbursement of County expenditures incurred due to debris hauling.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of specifications for RFP 2021-234, Debris Monitoring Services, and further authorize advertisement of same. gz
