Department Action

The Sheriff's Office requests the Commisioners Court sign a letter of engagement with AllPaid. While this letter allows the County to engage in a variety of services that AllPaid provides, the Sheriff's Office wished only to engage in the Warrant Track program at this time. There is no cost to the County for this service.

Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding (1) authorization for County Judge to execute Interlocal Agreement for Electronic Warrant Payment Services with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG); (2) approval of 2021-310, Electronic Warrant Payment Services, with AllPaid, Inc. through NCTCOG per the attached documentation; and (3) authorization for Purchasing Agent to execute Engagement Letter for services with AllPaid, Inc. This agreement will continue through and including January 14, 2022, and automatically renew for successive one-year terms until canceled by Collin County and/or NCTCOG. MRM

No budget impact to Collin County for this service.

Auditor's Office Action

No action by Auditor. No cost to County. Compensation to GPS and NCTCOG to be collected from card holder making the payment.
